We had a flawless experience renting a car for a 3-day trip from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine. The reception staff was lovely, and the car was practically brand new with only 5,000 km on it. Most importantly, they were the most affordable option among the six agencies we visited in town. Contrary to what we read online, they were very flexible with the security deposit; we were able to leave $800 USD in cash rather than using a credit card. Highly recommend for a stress-free rental!

Los chicos que atienden super amables y el tramite para sacar el auto super rápido. El auto lo tuve por 4 días y todo excelente con el. La devolución del vehiculo rápida y la garantia dejada fue devuelta de inmediato. Así que chicos si buscan un rent a car con las 3 B aquí lo tienen. Gracias por todo amigos.

Nos fue muy bien: Rentamos el auto en Puerto Natales y lo devolvimos en Punta Arenas. Fueron muy cumplidos, el auto en excelentes condiciones, también muy amables y flexibles para cambiar el lugar de devolución, la que fue muy ágil y práctica. Muy buena la claridad respecto a los seguros y las recomendaciones para prevenir accidentes.
De todas las veces que he rentado coche sin duda esta fue la mejor experiencia, buena atención , amables , buenos precios , excelentes vehículos.Destacar en cuanto a la calidad del servicio , tuve un problema en el cual descargué la batería del auto y el chico tuvo la disponibilidad inmediata de ir ayudarme con el para poder salir a tiempo al tour.

Most importantly, their customer care is outstanding. During my trip, strong winds hyperextended the car door, breaking the hinge. Although I managed a temporary fix, there was still damage to the vehicle. In an incredibly kind gesture, they did not charge my card or deduct anything from my deposit.
They are organized, professional, and understand how to run a business with heart. I fully trust them and highly recommend them to anyone renting in Puerto Natales.

Reservamos un auto para recorrer el parque de las Torres y propietario y trabajadora fueron muy amables. Incluso nos disuadieron de contratar un seguro adicional, que nos supuso un ahorro importante. Recomiendo esta agencia local para alquiler de autos. Les quiero dar las gracias por los bastones.
Had a great experience! Forgot to put automatic for a car and upon arrival they sorted everything out and got us a great car. Was also able to drop off the car at the airport which was very convenient. Great local option to rent a car, would book again

We rented our car with Rent a Car Patagonia, picking it up in El Calafate and dropping it off in Ushuaia, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The service was truly professional, the vehicle was clean and well maintained, and the whole process was smooth and efficient.
It was also one of the few companies offering pick-up and drop-off in two different cities at a reasonable price, which made our itinerary much easier and more flexible. For our Patagonian road trip, it was truly the ideal option.

While in Puerto Natales we rented a car from Rent a Car Patagonia. Even though we do not speak Spanish, the transaction was seamless. The location in Puerto Natales is excellent and the staff are very accommodating. Our Suzuki was an excellent car and well suited for touring the area. Dropping the car at the airport was unbelievably easy. We highly recommend this company.

Tienen variedad de autos y flexibilidad para los tours que decidas tomar, te orientan bien y estan super conscientes de que el auto se utilizará para camino de ripio o en senderos con follaje amplio que podria hacer pequeños rayoncitos a los autos. Los precios se ajustan al mercado, pero no conviemen para pasar a Argentina, porque suben bastante (50% recargo x dia).
We baught a car to drive through Torres del Paine. The Suzuki we received was compared to other campanies quite cheap. The mileage only 12.000km. The car was well capable driving through rough terrain even with high speeds during patagonian weather. The communication was great and the service of the lady in the office friendly and patient. Even with just basic spanish everything was well managable and organized. Can highly recommend!

Cannot recommend rent a car Patagonia enough!! They were AMAZING. We unfortunately had the dreaded disaster of a punctured tyre on the way to the national park. Everything was organised so smoothly when we returned with the punctured wheel - Rent a Car had organised a spare tyre to be fitted whilst the other one was being delivered and we got the car back in a few hours!! They also were super flexible with our return timings and ensured that we had the best experience ever, regardless of our punctured wheel! There were no hidden costs involved and they were great with communication. The jeep that we hired was a dream to drive and was spotlessly clean. Definitely the best car hire experience I have ever had. Thanks again guys!!

Highly recommend. No issues with renting a car here. Deposit of 600 thousand pesos - returned with no issues when the car was taken back. A cleaning fee of 15000 pesos is charged - however allow this as the cars get super dirty when driving to and from the national park, it is a reasonable cost. Good working car with no problems, would use this company again

Rente un auto con Luis , muy amable y atento , el auto estuve en perfectas condiciones .He estado en fines de agosto por lo que el clima está despejado con algunas lluvias y heladas, por lo que el auto Sedan que tomé fue más que suficiente para los terrenos que afronte comportándose de muy buena manera .
